With established offices already in operation, the firm is expanding into the Milton area and is seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to lead and shape the direction of this new office. About the Position: This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer ready to take the next step toward Partnership. You’ll be at the forefront of launching and leading a new office in Milton while being fully supported by a successful and growing boutique practice. You’ll manage a diverse range of private family law files, including: Parenting and custody matters Complex property and financial settlements Divorce and separation proceedings Binding Financial Agreements and domestic violence matters This role offers the autonomy to run your practice your way, but without sacrificing the resources of a larger team. For the right candidate, a clear and supported pathway to Partnership is part of the firm’s long-term vision.
